Boutique – Erawan Bangkok

2004
The accessory shop for Club21 Bangkok is tucked in the corner of the 1st floor, adjacent to the entrance from the sky train bridge to the building.  The idea was to maximise the shelving display, creating surfaces to allow for constant changes of display.  We folded the main partition of the space (separating the store from the shop), treating each wall as a theme and variation of horizontal planes. The shop window was conceived as a walk-through window, where the display area would be animated by customers. The space was delineated by mirror stainless shelves arching overhead to form a canopy.
